I picked this up for my sister, the packaging made it feel really special right away. It looked neat, cute, and nicely put together, which matters when you’re trying to give something that feels a little more personal. It was maybe a bit pricey for what it is, but seeing her smile made it feel worth it.

I really liked how this felt on my skin, super smooth and nice... but the pot was smaller than I expected. With daily use, I ran through it fast. It’s okay overall, just feels a little pricey for how long it lasts!

i mean, my skin usually reacts to a lot of stuff, but so far this hasn’t caused any irritation. Happy with it.

I’ve had a really good experience with Skin & Tonic. I like that they seem genuinely thoughtful about what goes into their products and where everything comes from. Even the packaging feels nicer and more considered than a lot of beauty brands I’ve tried. My order arrived without any issues, and everything just felt clean, simple, and well put together. The only thing is the prices are a bit on the high side for me, so it’s not something I can buy all the time. But overall, it’s a lovely brand and a solid pick if sustainability matters to you

Returning the item ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. I sent it back, kept checking for updates while drinking my morning coffee, and still had to chase them about the refund. It did come through eventually, but it took way too long and was frustrating overall.

I’m only taking off a star because the box showed up a little squashed, and I’m blaming whoever handled it in transit for that one. Thankfully everything inside was fine, so overall I’m happy.

For what I paid, I expected someone to pack it with a bit more attention. There was hardly any padding inside, so everything was just shifting around in the box. Disappointing for a first order, and I’m not sure I’d take the chance again.
